		Sign up with PayPal. (It takes a week or two to get a confirmed account with PayPal. You
		must be registered with PayPal to sell on eBay. If you have not joined PayPal, you will be allowed to register your Seller account, but you can't sell until you have PayPal account. (This a recent eBay rule implemented to protect Buyers and to attract higher quality Sellers.)
